For shinier and softer hair
Mix 3 tb* extra virgin olive oil, 1 tb lavender oil, 1 egg, 1 tb raw honey, 2 tb coconut oil 

For dry hair
Mix 2 tb raw honey, 1 egg, 2 tb powdered cinnamon, 4 tb milk, 2 tb coconut oil, 2 tb almond oil

For frizzy hair
Mix 2 tb extra virgin olive oil, 2 tb coconut oil, 1/2 banana puréed, 1 egg

For oily hair
Mix 1 egg, 2 tb lemon juice, 2 tb raw honey, 2 tb grapeseed oil, 1 tb baking soda

Double the quantities for very long hair
Cover with shower cap after applying treatment
Leave treatment for at least one hour
Wash normally with shampoo and conditioner
Use cool water (hot water removes moisture from your hair)

For luminous and smooth skin
Mix in blender 1 tb baking soda, 1/2 tb apple cider vinegar, 1 tb oatmeal, 1/2 cucumber, 1 egg white, 1/2 tb olive oil, 1 tb honey

For a deep clean skin (removing blackheads, acne and extra sebum)
Mix 1 egg white, 2 tb baking soda, 1 tb raw honey

For dehydrated skin (the vitamins and nutrients will keep your skin hydrated and supple, ready for low temperatures without peeling)
Mix in blender 1 avocado, 2 tb olive oil, 1 tb honey

For mature skin (moisturizes, soothes and tones the skin and acts as a post-wrinkle)
Mix 1/2 orange juice, 2 tb honey, 1 tb chamomile infusion, 1 tb infusion wormwood, 5 drops of propolis tincture

For a revitalized skin 
Mix in a blender 3 tb oats, 1/3 cucumber, 2 tb milk and fresh coriander 

For oily skin
Mix 3 tb clay, 2 tb lemon juice, 1 tb baking soda, 1 egg white

Apply on clean face
Leave in for 15 min
Wash off with warm water


For nail regeneration
Mix 2 tb olive oil and 1/2 lemon juice (heated it and then dip nails and leave until cools)

For resistant nails
Mix 1 tb honey, 2 yolks and 3 tb warm milk (leave your nails to soak for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water)

For fast growing nails
Mix 1 tb glycerine, 1/2 tb red pepper, 2 tb olive oil and 4 drops lavender oil (leave in for 15 minutes and then remove with warm water)
